Ski resort Racines-Giovo

Efficient, always different and modern. These three definitions would be sufficient to provide a complete description of the Racines ski area. But by taking a closer look, we would notice that Racines is much more.

First, this area, with its incredible atmosphere and enormous spaces, attracts skiers and snowboard lovers of all skill levels. At the same time it is nearly a complete recreation area for all those seeking rest and relaxation.

At Ridanna/Ridnaun, for example, a paradise of cross-country tracks and hiking trails amidst the incredible backdrop of the three-thousand metre peaks. Or in the peaceful Val di Giovo/Jaufental. Two examples among many, many more.

The world's largest ski resort test portal, Skiresort.de, has named the Racines-Giovo/Ratschings-Jaufen ski area as Insider tip 2018 and declared it as winner in the Leading ski resort in the Up to 30 km of ski slopes category.
Each season, winter sports centers all over the world get re-assessed and re-evaluated according to 18 criteria that includes: the size of the ski area, the snow situation, family-friendly facilities, the quality of the mountain huts, and après ski.
