Fresh and seasonal South Tyrolean products are available all summer long in harvest-fresh quality at the various farmers’ markets in the holiday area of Valle Isarco. The regional foods on offer maintain their quality, as they travel short distances without the need for middlemen. Anyone who loves good and genuine natural food is recommended to visit the farmers’ markets at Bressanone/Brixen, Chiusa/Klausen, Vandoies/Vintl and Vipiteno/Sterzing.
