Twenty-nine year old star chef Martin Obermarzoner was the youngest awarded chef in South Tyrol with two Michelin stars to his name five years ago. He is the chef of the Jasmin Restaurant at the Bischofhof Hotel near Chiusa, which seduces diners with haute cuisine specially designed for those with a healthy diet. In fact, the Jasmin Restaurant uses high quality fresh and seasonal produce, particularly from its own garden when possible.

La Passion Restaurant run by the Kerschbaumer couple in Vandoies is one of the few gourmet restaurants that offers guests a family-friendly atmosphere, almost like being at home.
