Yoghurt Days at Vipiteno/Sterzing
The Vipiteno co-operative dairy has become especially popular for its yoghurt varieties. It is organising the "Sterzing Yoghurt Days" in cooperation with local hotels, restaurants and eateries.
Local restaurants and eateries will support the event by serving dishes based on yoghurt, providing visitors with an opportunity to savour very unique gastronomic specialities.
